I’ve been seeing a lot of discussion on low-cal, guilt free desserts on my dash and it’s spurred me to post about my favorite little snack …
Frozen pudding cups.

Say wha?
No, seriously. Go to the store, pick up the generic, non-name brand (they’re cheaper) pudding flavor of your choice and freeze them. It’s 80 calories worth of a delicious, ice cream like treat. These also take a while to get through, so they tend to leave me fully satisfied once I’ve finished one.
If you’d prefer not to eat processed pudding, you can always freeze a sliced up banana and then blend the slices. It creates a gelato like consistency and you can add whatever flavor you want to your banana “ice cream.” Cocoa powder, a bit of nutella or peanut butter, chocolate chips, strawberries … there are endless options and all of them are less calories than ice cream.
I’ve yet to try blending the frozen pudding with the frozen banana but that wouldn’t be a bad idea!
Those are my two favorite, low-cal desserts. Well, those and my vegan brownies. Those are just evil and amazing.
