Some of the lovely things I ate today.

I like to keep soft boiled eggs in the fridge for a good snack and a boost of protein when I get a hunger craving. Today was the first day I smushed one onto a piece of toast (with some hot sauce drizzled on top) and it was GENIUS! So good and so tasty!
